Outreach Medical Courier Services maintains clear and professional billing standards for Healthcare Facilities, Law firms, and Business clients throughout Columbia, South Carolina. The following payment policies apply to STAT, Routine, & Contracted Courier Services.

All courier service requests submitted through our website or scheduling system are considered pending until reviewed and approved by Outreach Medical Courier Services LLC.

For non-contract clients, service confirmation occurs only after:

• Invoice issuance
   
• Invoice payment (unless otherwise agreed in writing)
   
• Operational approval
   

Submission of a request does not guarantee service.

We accept secure electronic payments through invoicing issued via QuickBooks.

Accepted methods may include:

• ACH transfer
   
• Debit or credit card
   
• Approved business payment methods
   

Payment instructions are included directly on each invoice.

Healthcare facilities or approved partners operating under written service agreements may be eligible for:

• Net payment terms
   
• Consolidated invoicing
   
• Recurring service billing
   

All contract terms must be documented in writing and approved prior to service.

STAT and After-Hours requests are subject to:

• Limited availability
   
• Priority pricing
   
• Operational review
   

Premium rates may apply outside of standard business hours.

If a confirmed service is canceled after dispatch preparation has begun, applicable service fees may apply.

Pricing adjustments due to:

• Extended wait times
   
• Incorrect pickup details
   
• Location changes
   

May result in additional invoicing.

Clients are responsible for ensuring all materials are properly prepared in accordance with applicable healthcare and privacy regulations prior to pickup.
